New sewing pattern Sandy's tunic

Today the spotlight is for Sandy's tunic. A simple tunic, super comfortable, perfect to match with a pair of leggings or shorts for the playground or a birthday party.

Warm days are coming soon for many of you but for some (like me) colder days are coming, so I came up with this tunic with 3 sleeve length options, short sleeves, elbow length (3/4) sleeve and long sleeve. While the short sleeve option has an opening that closes with straps, there are 2 hem options for the longer sleeves.

It goes from size 12 months up to 10 years. Here are some pictures from the testers with the different sizes and sleeve length options.

This beautiful lady is wearing a size 10. She is a size 9/10 in store bought garments and she is modeling the elbow length option.

This beautiful smiley girl is wearing a size 7/8 and she is 7/8 in store bought garments. This is the long sleeve option. This tester chose to shirr the sleeve hem and it looks pretty! (Shirring is not included in the tutorial for this pattern).

This beautiful lady is wearing a size 8 with long sleeves. This is a little big on her chest but she is a slim and tall 8 years old girl.

Now, we can't deny that everyone is expecting hot days to come soon! Here are lots of photos of short sleeved tunics.

This gorgeous little girl is 5 on a short sleeved tunic. She in a 4/5 in store bought clothes.

This little beauty is wearing a size 4, she is a 4 in store bought clothing.

This pretty lady is wearing a size 6, she is a 6/7 in store bought clothing.

This gorgeous baby girl is wearing a size 2 and she is a 18/24 months in store bought clothing.

This gorgeous lady is wearing a size 8. This tester decided to leave the front open and wear the tunic with a tank top, which I think is a great option too!
