Create H.O.P.E. Designs

I am so exited about this announcement!

Today I received an email from a new friend, Kristy from Hopeful Threads. She introduced a new organization named Create H.O.P.E. Designs; it was started in September of 2011 by a group of women with a collective desire to make a difference with their talents. This women are crafters, sewers, designers, create sewing patterns, tutorials and even printables that they donate to Create H.O.P.E. Designs shops; 100% of all the funds generated will benefit designated foundations all around the world serving orphans and their communities.

Right now Create H.O.P.E. Designs benefits China Little Flower; a foundation that takes care of orphans, infants in need to special care and disabled children. Visit China Little Flowers website and facebook page for more information and understand the important and great job people is doing with those kids.

Create H.O.P.E. Designs has been working for only 2 weeks but they already managed to gather 250 USD each week! Isn't that great! When I started to read the information and visited China Little Flower I knew I wanted to be part of it! So I contacted them and in a couple of hours it was all set to start working together. So now I can say...

yes! Lily Bird Studio proudly designs for Create H.O.P.E. Designs.

My first contribution was the popular 30 minutes shorts, an easy sewing pattern, a perfect project for beginners. So please if you consider on getting this pattern head over Create H.O.P.E. Designs Etsy shop or Big Cartel shop and purchase it there, it will be even cheaper, while in my shop it is prices 5.90 USD you can get if for only 5.00 USD from Create H.O.P.E. Designs!

In a few months Create HOPE Designs will choose another foundation to benefit. For that instance I will contribute with one or more sewing patterns, but the 30 minutes shorts sewing pattern will keep helping China Little Flower.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will definitely be looking into it further. Reece's Rainbow has a special place in my heart and I know a large number of families that are currently in the process or have completely their adoptions of children with special needs, so it definitely speaks to me.
